Terms of purchase

These terms apply to all purchases via znakegrips.com, operated by Brobox AB (org.no. 559438-3975).
Order and contract
A binding purchase contract is formed when you complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Prices
All prices include VAT. The VAT rate depends on the delivery country. Currency is SEK for Sweden and EUR for the rest of the EU. Shipping is added at checkout.
Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is charged when the order is placed. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe — we never store card details.
Delivery
Delivery is via Bring (Sweden) or UPS (EU). Delivery time is normally 1–5 business days. You select the pickup point at checkout.
- We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and all of the EU.
- Shipping method and cost are selected and shown at checkout, based on your destination.
Right of withdrawal
Under Swedish distance-selling law you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, with unopened packaging. Contact contact@znakegrips.com to start a return.
Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of the purchase date under Swedish consumer law. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
Returns and refunds
Return the item to the address we specify. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, to the same payment method.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
